At Nichal Fancy Store we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. To keep things fair and simple we follow an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds in any form including cash, credit or partial refunds.

Key points

Exchange period is 30 days from the date you receive your order. No refunds are given for any reason. Clothing and accessories must be completely unworn with zero signs of use, no trying on (even briefly), no washing, no alterations. All original tags must be attached and intact, packaging undamaged, and all accessories/inserts included. Only regular priced items qualify for exchange. Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items are final sale with no exchanges.

When can you request an exchange Exchange is possible only if all conditions are met. Request sent within 30 days of delivery. Item is 100 percent unworn with no marks, odors, makeup/hair transfer, or signs of use. Full original condition including tags, packaging, and everything received. Proof of purchase provided (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).

We carefully inspect all items. If any condition is not perfectly met, the exchange will be declined and the item returned to you at your expense.

Items that cannot be exchanged Intimate apparel, undergarments, swimwear, or sanitary items. Perishable goods or any customized/made-to-order pieces. Gift cards or digital items. Opened beauty, health, or personal care products. Any clothing showing wear, damage from customer, missing tags/parts, or not in original condition.

How to request an exchange

Email us first at nischalfancystore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item (front/back/tags especially if claiming defect), and reason (e.g., wrong size or color). Wait for our reply. We usually respond within 1 to 2 business days with approval and shipping instructions. Do not send anything until approved. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Use trackable or insured shipping for safety. Return shipping is your responsibility and non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to us.

After receipt and inspection (usually 5 to 10 business days): If approved we ship the exact same item in requested size/color (if in stock). If the item is unavailable we discuss case-by-case options (no guaranteed alternative).

If conditions not met the item returns to you (you pay shipping).

Never send to manufacturers or other addresses.

Sale and discounted items All sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted clothing are final sale. No exchanges even if unworn.

Gifts

If shipped directly as a gift the recipient follows the same exchange rules (replacement only, no value given). If shipped to the buyer we coordinate with the original purchaser.

Shipping information

You cover return shipping costs (non-refundable). We cover standard Nepal shipping for approved exchanges (extra may apply for express/remote). Use tracking always. Lost returns cannot be replaced.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tokha – 3 , Kathmandu.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
